Emporium Servers provides online-only digital membership content, including Discord perks and
in-game benefits. These are digital services, not physical goods.

All payments are handled securely through Stripe. Subscriptions may renew monthly or yearly unless
canceled. One-time purchases grant access to specified digital assets. We may update pricing with
notice.
6. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Purchased items are typically delivered immediately; however, in some cases
processing may take longer depending on system or verification conditions. Delivery times do not
qualify for refunds or cancellations. Once delivery has begun or access is provided, no refunds or
exchanges will be issued. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for duplicate payments or
verified technical errors.
7. Intellectual Property
All Emporium Servers content is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.
8. User Conduct
You may not hack, resell, or misuse the services or Discord.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms.

Refund Policy
